AquaCall Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the AquaCall mobile application (“the App”) developed and maintained by Dixit Rathod.

By downloading, accessing, or using AquaCall, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

Use of the App

AquaCall is designed to help users track daily water intake and build healthy hydration habits.

The App and its content are provided for informational and wellness purposes only and should not be considered medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Subscriptions

AquaCall may offer optional auto-renewable subscription plans that provide access to premium features.

Subscription Terms

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID Account Settings after purchase.

Prices and subscription plans may vary by region and are subject to change.

Health Disclaimer

AquaCall does not provide medical advice.

Always consult with a qualified healthcare professional regarding hydration, nutrition, or any medical concerns.

The developer is not responsible for health decisions made based on information provided by the App.

User Responsibilities

By using the App, you agree to:

Use the App only for lawful purposes
Provide accurate information when recording hydration data
Not misuse, disrupt, reverse engineer, or interfere with the App’s functionality or services

HealthKit Integration

If you choose to connect AquaCall with Apple Health using HealthKit, the App may read or write hydration-related data to your Apple Health profile with your permission.

You may revoke HealthKit permissions at any time through your device settings.

Health data accessed through HealthKit is used only for the purposes described in the Privacy Policy and in accordance with Apple’s HealthKit guidelines.

Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, graphics, designs, and functionality of the App are the intellectual property of Dixit Rathod unless otherwise stated.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit any part of the App without prior written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or health-related damages arising from the use or inability to use the App.

Use of the App is at your own risk.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App at any time if these Terms are violated or if misuse of the App is detected.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time.

Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.

Continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
